Hands-on Training for Motion Acupuncture and TCM Cloud Think Tank Lecture

 

January 11-12, 2025, New York, Credits: NCCAOM & California 14 CEUs

Format: On-site limited to 50 participants, 

with live streaming via Zoom and 30 days of replay access.

 

Course Description

This small-class training in Motion Needle Therapy features hands-on, face-to-face instruction. Each participant will experience both receiving and administering the treatment, with real-time resolution of participants’ ailments while replicating the instructor’s techniques. The TCM Cloud Think Tank, an extensive database platform, includes ancient and modern TCM literature, meridian and acupoint explanations, herbal medicine, prescription demonstrations, various treatment methods, and video lectures from renowned TCM masters.

Course Details

Day 1 (8 hours)

Motion Acupuncture Essentials and Techniques — Chen Decheng (6 hours)

 • Targeted muscles in scalene, sternocleidomastoid, trapezius, subscapularis, triceps, serratus anterior, subscapularis, teres minor, medial and lateral epicondyle muscle groups.

 • Focus on addressing: neck pain, headaches, dizziness, cervical spondylosis, scalene syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, hearing loss/tinnitus, temporomandibular joint disorders, rhinitis, sinusitis, shoulder periarthritis, tenosynovitis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, cubital tunnel syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, mommy’s thumb, mouse hand, etc.

 

TCM Cloud Think Tank — Jin Zhenyang (2 hours)

This session introduces TCM big data services for general practitioners, emphasizing classic lectures by historical masters, acupuncture and massage techniques, and treatment experiences and prescriptions. The aim is to provide practical skills and techniques participants can apply immediately.

 

Day 2 (6 hours)

Motion Acupuncture Practice and Disease Treatment— Chen Decheng

 • Demonstrations and practice of needle techniques, focusing on Motion Acupuncture needle Techniques, also treat students’ disease.

 • Targeted muscles in gluteus maximus, piriformis, psoas major, abdominal obliques, pelvic floor muscles, quadriceps, sartorius, gracilis, gastrocnemius, and soleus.

 • Focus on addressing: lumbar disc herniation, sciatica, spinal stenosis, lower back pain, muscle strain, weight loss, abdominal scar release, acid reflux, constipation/diarrhea, gynecological conditions; also includes conditions like piriformis syndrome, knee osteoarthritis, meniscus injuries, ankle sprains, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and commonly seen lower limb pain and numbness due to sciatic nerve compression.
